VrroomVIP UpClose & Personal will follow COVID19 CDC guidelines and any Durham Arts Council (DAC) restrictions, which may include and not limited to masks and touchless temperature checksmandatory for everyone. As it stands currently, both are required for all VrroomVIP Upclose & Personal events presented at the DAC.

Yes. Platinum & Gold Elite VIP members will have access to all VrroomVIP concerts, including our Oct Grand Finale AND any existing or added concerts prior. No standing in line. Simply show your VrroomVIP Elite VIP card and you are IN.

Be sure to visit often for concert performers and schedule. You can checkin during our 'Mix & Mingle' or 1 hour prior to each concert at the venue, the Durham Arts Council.
"ALL-IN" VIP ticket holders will receive a VIP wristband allowing them to attend ALL concerts without checking in and will receive priority seating.
You must checkin to ensure you have a seat.
Seating will be based on ticket type and on a first come basis. However, VrroomVIP Elite VIP's and "ALL - IN" VIP ticket holders will have the highest priority and seated first in center rows of the theater and closest to the stage. General Admission ticket holders will be seated afterwards. Once your section has been identified based on ticket type, you can sit anywhere within your designated section of the theater.
The VrroomVIP "Mix n Mingle" is a great way to network with fellow VrroomVIP guests and jazz lovers. When available, local chefs will serve catered "Light Delights" (aka light hors d'oeuvres / finger food snacks) in a very unique way to enhance your VrroomVIP experience. The catered food served is targeted to compliment your overall VrroomVIP experience and NOT designed as a full course restaurant meal. Non-Alcoholic beverages will also be available. Our Mix n Mingle is mainly for our VrroomVIP "ELITE" & "ALL-IN" VIP guests, however, all ticket holders are welcome to attend our general Mix & Mingle

Our official host hotel is the Durham Marriott City Center located downtown Durham and less than a 5 min walk from the Durham Arts Council PSI-Theatre, our host venue.

Yikes, we hoped you didn't ask that question ;-) Due to the rapid growth in Downtown Durham, parking is horrible. However, there are a number of parking garage options that charge a fee as well as valet parking offered by our host hotels. Moreover, parking after 5 on Friday and through the weekend is free along the street. Key Tip: Get a space as early after 5pm on Friday as possible.
Plenty. Downtown Durham is an up & coming 'mini-Manhattan' vibe neighborhood with local restaurants, museums and other sights to see, many walking distance from our host hotel and venue.
